MY STORY
I grew up in Poland and received my Master Degree in Landscape Architecture from the University of Life Sciences in Warsaw. I studied for 7 months at Corvinus University in Budapest, Hungary.
In 2007 I joined Abies- Architektura Krajobrazu. This position allowed me to design larger public outdoor spaces. The studio I worked for over 3 years at won many prizes for landscape design including historical parks renovations. Along with my colleagues I ran several playgrounds projects.
By the end of 2010, I adventurously moved to California with my husband who got a job here. In less than a month since moving to the US we had our first son, Rys. Raising two children (Jerzy was born in 2014), I became involved in parent participation preschool. With time, I developed a passion for California native plants and urge to be back to design world again.
I helped friends with their garden redos.
In 2017 and 2018 she worked on landscape improvement design at Washington Open Elementary School in Santa Clara. With sufficient founding, the District’s support and parents help they built sitting areas and planters filled with drought tolerant vegetation. Along with parents enthusiasts I coordinate a school edible garden working continuously on improving it, bringing children and parents to the Sharing Garden.
In 2019 I started my business and provide landscape design services including support with Santa Clara Valley Water District Landscape Rebate Program. I design the gardens with sustainability in mind creating your relaxing and functional space where you can rest and enjoy your outdoor space.
